Job title: Equipment Readiness Helper (Contractor)
Location: Balkanabat

Roles and Responsibilities

• Support Equipment Readiness team with daily pre and post job activities for Reservoir Performance Division.
• Prepare equipment and accessories for scheduled job.
• Assist with equipment acceptance and post-job inspections upon return from the field.
• Coordinate loading, unloading, and transportation of equipment.
• Ensure proper storage, preservation and tracking of equipment and spare parts.
• Participate in inspection, maintenance, and repair of associated equipment according to standards under Supervision.
• Participate in equipment improvement initiatives and reliability programs.
• Maintain good, safe working order of equipment according to standards, reporting problems or deviations.
• Participate in pre-job and Toolbox meetings with crew members.
• Comply with company QHSE policies and workshop safety procedures.
• Maintain the required safety training, report hazards, unsafe conditions, and incidents promptly.
• Maintain good housekeeping in the workshop and storage areas.

Qualifications

• Language: Turkmen, Russian, English is preferred.
• Education: High school attestation.
• Good health and physical condition.
• Driving license: Valid category B (C is preferred).
• Experience in oilfield service operations is preferred.
• Experience in equipment maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, engineering drawings, and maintenance procedures.
• Good planning, organizational and time management skills.
• Teamwork and communication.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
